Every Wednesday I will feature a "recipe of the week". Being that we are a large family, I need easy yet tasty recipes that I can put my own little twist on, so many of our dinners are semi-homemade. Perfect for all us busy mamas who don't have hours to slave over a hot stove. Many of my recipes can be altered to your perfection. BAKED PESTO CHICKEN Ingredients: Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts, Jar of Pesto Sauce, 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese, Pepper.
