This must watch movie is based on the best-selling memoir written by Jessica Walls, Oscar winner Brie Larson, and Oscar Nominee Woody Harrelson. "According to Vanity Fair, The Glass Castle is a must-see movie of 2017." And now we can see it on Digital HD on October 24 and Blu-ray and DVD November 7.
The Glass Castle recounts the experiences of a young girl growing up in a dysfunctional family of nonconformist nomads. This remarkable story reveals true love and rawness, as a young girl comes of age while dealing with an alcoholic father and a eccentric mother. This drives the girl to create a successful life on her own terms.
The Glass House is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (Short Term 12) and written for the screen by Cretton & Andrew Lanham. It includes exciting brand new content which includes a behind-the-scenes featurette and deleted scenes, and will be available on Blu-ray and DVD for the suggested retail price of $39.00 and $29.95, respectively.

I loved this book - and it looks like one of those times when the movie will live up to the book! Will definitely have to check this one out :)
